World Suicide Prevention DayCategory : Events
World Suicide Prevention Day is an international celebration every year on September 10. The day has been established by the IASP, the International Association for Suicide Prevention, in collaboration with the United Nations World Health Organization. In Norway, LEVE - The National Association for Suicide Survivors has been commissioned to coordinate the events on this day in the period from 2005 to 2007. The World Day for Suicide Prevention was first marked at the IASP's congress in Stockholm on 10 September 2003.
