Father's Day is a holiday honoring fatherhood and paternal bonds. In Norway it is celebrated on second sunday of november, the same date is for Sweden, Finland, Iceland and Estland.
On fathers day it's a tradition to honor your father. You can give him breakfast in bed, a gift, or just congratulate him on his day.
The concept of fathers day was started in USA, and it got popular in Scandinavia after the first world war.
Sonora Smart Dodd from Washington started to celebrate this day in 1909 to honor his father, William Smart, a vet from the sivil war.
